本文简单介绍了软、硬支承动平衡机工作的特点。从这点出发,着重叙述了适合于在极低回转速度下进行不平衡信号测量的两种电气测量方案,即电子乘法器方案和电子锁相器方案。除对以上两方案分别进行了必要的理论分析外,还介绍了两方案的电气实现途径。此外还着重介绍了传感器的选用、不平衡信号的拾取、无相移的有源带通滤波器的设计、两种独特的基准信号的产生方法以及场效应管长时间记忆电路等。最后对在极低回转速度下进行动平衡测量的特点进行了总结。
This article briefly introduced the soft and hard supporting dynamic balancing machine work characteristics. Starting from this point, two electrical measurement schemes suitable for measuring unbalanced signals at very low revolution speeds are described, namely the electronic multiplier scheme and the electronic phase-lock scheme. In addition to the necessary theoretical analysis of each of the above two programs, the ways of implementing the two schemes are also introduced. In addition, it also introduces the selection of sensors, the pick-up of unbalanced signals, the design of active band-pass filter without phase shift, the generation of two unique reference signals and the long-term memory circuit of FET. Finally, the characteristics of dynamic balance measurement under extremely low revolution speed are summarized.
