塑化剂能否在振动挤压混凝土中应用,在我国仍是一个新的课题。前几年做过这方面试验,其结果往往是混凝土强度降低或表面发疏。因此,塑化剂在振动挤压混凝土中至今尚未被广泛使用。近两年来,结合高强混凝土的配制和高压预应力管的试制,以及为了解决一阶段管的分层问题,进行了塑化剂的应用试验,取得了一定成效。本文主要阐述在密封、高压(30公斤/厘米~2)与温度90~95℃条件下,掺入高效塑化剂的混凝土的性能、高效塑化剂在振动挤压制管工艺中的适用性以及国内外的试验应用情况,借以证明在振动挤压混凝土中实际使用塑化剂的可能性。一、国内高效塑化剂在振动挤压混凝土中的试验与应用表1是在部分厂生产的水泥中掺入不同塑化剂
Whether the plasticizer can be applied in the vibro-extrusion concrete is still a new topic in our country. In previous experiments conducted in previous years, the result was often a decrease in concrete strength or surface sparsity. Therefore, plasticizers have not been widely used in vibrating and pressing concrete. In the past two years, combined with the preparation of high-strength concrete and the trial production of high-pressure prestressed pipes, and in order to solve the delamination problem of the first-stage pipes, the application tests of plasticizers have been carried out and certain results have been achieved. This article mainly describes the performance of concrete mixed with high-efficiency plasticizer under the conditions of sealing, high pressure (30 kg/cm~2) and temperature of 90~95°C, and the applicability of high-efficiency plasticizer in vibratory extrusion tube making process. As well as domestic and foreign test applications, it is possible to prove the possibility of actually using plasticizers in vibrated and extruded concrete. I.
