应用复杂适应系统理论分析了学习型组织的复杂性机理;指出学习型组织中的主体具有主动性和活力,组织与环境间存在着复杂的联系;初步建立了学习型组织的层次结构模型及复杂适应模型;阐明知识管理是学习型组织复杂性的要求;指出知识管理对学习型组织的重点是组织战略、知识交流、分工与合作以及知识聚合等方面的管理。
Applying complex adaptive system theory to analyze the complexity mechanism of learning organization; pointing out that the main body in learning organization has initiative and vitality; there is a complex relationship between organization and environment; initially established the hierarchical structure model and complexity of learning organization. Adapting to the model; clarifying that knowledge management is a requirement for the complexity of learning organizations; pointing out that knowledge management’s focus on learning organizations is management of organizational strategy, knowledge exchange, division of labor and cooperation, and knowledge aggregation.
