餐饮行业高速发展的同时,餐厨垃圾也迅速增长。如果管理不当,很容易造成环境污染。为了解决餐厨垃圾处理过程中回收不方便,违规处理等问题,试验提出一种餐厨垃圾处理及残油监督回收方法及系统设计方法,该设备体积小,噪音小,自清洗,使用维修方便,残油在交割环节实现了密闭交割,计量数据上报数据平台。试验结果表明,该装置处理后的餐厨垃圾及残油中水含油量小于1%,油含水量小于15%,渣含水量小于65%,数据通讯中数据稳定且无丢包现象,远程控制响应时间小于0.5 s,具有良好的稳定性和可靠性,能够有效实现政府对餐厨垃圾及残油的回收利用和管控,同时给餐饮业带来了方便。
