一、要有一个正确的营销思想(一)实现信用社和客户“双赢”。即贷款营销既要逐步确保信用社增效,又要确保客户发展,二者不可偏废,逐步实现贷款发放由“权利观”向“责任观”的转变。(二)做到小额农贷和中小企业“并重”。一方面,要坚持不懈发放小额农贷。正确处理好营运成本与营运效益、营运风险之间的矛盾,纠正发放小额农贷风险大、利润低的观点,切实做到以安全、效益为前提,大力发展小额贷款。另一方面,坚定不移拓展中小企业客户市场,不断拓宽信贷营销空间,增加盈利渠道。
