《食用菌栽培》是以食用菌生产技能的培养为主的一门重要专业基础课程,是研究食药用菌的生理特性和生长环境条件的一门学科。食用菌栽培是一门实用性很强的课程,学生掌握其技能后对毕业以后从事有关方面工作、科研及生产的工作也有相当重要的意义。本文以能力培养为主线,以岗位需求为依据,以工学结合为理念,以学生就业为导向,对《食用菌栽培》课程进行了改革创新探索,努力提高学生的操作能力。
“Edible fungus cultivation” is an important basic course based on the cultivation of edible fungus production skills. It is a discipline to study the physiological characteristics and growth environment conditions of edible fungi. Edible fungus cultivation is a very practical course. After students acquire their skills, they also have a very important meaning in their work after being graduated and in their work on scientific research and production. In this paper, the main line of capacity-building, job requirements based on the idea of combining work and study, student-oriented employment, “edible fungus cultivation” curriculum reform and innovation explore and strive to improve students’ ability to operate.
