以杭州至宁波出口集装箱内陆段运输链托运人为研究对象,选取运输链属性、托运人属性及货物属性构建托运人运输链效用函数,通过行为和意愿调查获取托运人选择数据,构建多项logit模型和混合logit模型以揭示其选择机理。运输链竞争力评估结果表明,与降低费用相比,运输链时间改善所带来的铁路分担率增量更高,据此提出铁路运输链改善对策。
This paper chooses the transport chain from Hangzhou to Ningbo as the transport chain inland container, selects the transport chain attributes, shipper’s attributes and cargo attributes to construct the shipper’s transport chain utility function, and obtains the shipper’s selection data through behavior and willingness survey, Model and mixed logit model to reveal its selection mechanism. The results of the assessment of the competitiveness of the transportation chain show that compared with the cost reduction, the incremental railway sharing rate brought by the improvement of the transportation chain time is higher, and the improvement measures of the railway transportation chain are proposed accordingly.
