Some previous calculations of the half-life of α-decay used the effective interaction of M3Y or DDM3Y to calculate the nuclear-nuclear potential and gave reasonable results. In the framework of the preformed clumping model, we try to use a new microscopic nuclear interaction to study the half-life of α-decay overweight elements. Nucleon-nucleus interactions were obtained using the Dirac-Brueckner-Hartree-Fock (DBHF) method, and then the microscopic nuclear-nuclear potential was calculated using a bifold model (DFM). In our work, the Gaussian shape factor was obtained by fitting 123 experimental data with medium and heavy nuclei (Z = 54 ~ 102)
