几年来,八道江区中小学的德育工作本着以法治校、以德治校并举的原则,以提高青少年的综合素质为目标,工作中不断研究总结、推广、以理论为先导,以中小学“德育大纲”、“德育规程”为准绳,积极进行德育课题研究。近十年,特别是“九·五”期间进行了四十八项研究,成果显著。一、确立“一个中心”、“二个建设”、“三个模式”、“四个主题”、“五个系列”的工作思路和工作目标一个中心:即以提高中小学生德育综合素质为中心。二个建设:即以校园文化建设,德育基地建设为依托。三个模式:即一是以学校教育为主要教育形式,主要通过课堂教学、团队班会及二课活动对青少年学生进行思想品德知识和能力培养的教育模式。二是以家庭教育为重要教育形式,主要通
In the past few years, the moral education work of the primary and secondary schools in Badaojiang District was based on the principle of the rule of law school and the principle of managing the school by virtue of morality.
