基于数字图像处理技术和Monte-Carlo理论重构了煤体细观结构单元,假定煤微元强度服从对数正态分布建立煤统计损伤本构模型,并计算得初始损伤值.结果表明:1)基于门限处理和形态学相结合确定种子点位置的区域生长法,可有效提取煤SEM图像的细观结构信息;2)煤细观结构几何参数分别服从特定的统计分布,通过Monte-Carlo法模拟的细观表征体元可较好地描述煤初始损伤情况;3)构建的模型能较好地模拟煤变形破坏全过程,尤其是初始压密阶段.
Based on the digital image processing technology and the Monte-Carlo theory, the meso-structure unit of coal was reconstructed, and the statistical damage constitutive model of coal was assumed assuming that the strength of coal was obeyed lognormal distribution. The results showed that: 1 ) Based on the combination of threshold treatment and morphology to determine the location of seed points of the regional growth method, which can effectively extract mesoscopic SEM image of the mesostructure information; 2) the geometric parameters of coal meso-structure are subject to a specific statistical distribution by Monte-Carlo method The simulated meso-characterization of voxels can better describe the initial damage of coal; 3) The model can well simulate the whole process of coal deformation and failure, especially the initial compaction stage.
