我们所用的拉曼仪器是由分别购得的激光器及双单色计自行组装的,所得拉曼谱图质量不很高。近年来,随着计算机的普及和大量应用,商品拉曼仪均配有专用计算机,能自动地进行数据采集,描绘谱图,存储数据和对数据进行细致的分析与处理。国外有不少研究单位在型号较老的拉曼分光计上自配计算机系统以获取质量好的拉曼谱图和增加仪器的功能,我们工作的目的也在于此。我们的拉曼仪系用东德Zeiss公司的GDM-1000型双光栅单色仪作为分光系统,
