目的制作兔创伤性休克模型。方法制作直立式电动转筒法动物休克器。健康家兔20只,随机分为转筒法休克组(n=10)和麻醉组(n=10)。休克组兔直立置于旋转筒内,以900 r/min转速旋转3 min。观察精神状态、体表血液灌流、心率(Hr)、呼吸(R);测股动脉血压(SM、DM),动脉血作血气分析,并与麻醉组对照比较。结果休克组家兔均出现昏迷,持续时间66.25±2.06 min;胡须牵拉反应及眶上神经反射均消失;大部分针刺疼痛反应消失(n=8);瞳孔散大;口唇颜色为紫色、温度冷。休克组Hr、R、SM、DM、PO2、%SO2C均高于麻醉组,且差异极显著(P<0.001);HCO3、TCO2、BEb、SBC、BEecf低于麻醉组,差异极显著(P<0.001);pH、PCO2略低于麻醉组,但差异不显著(P>0.5,P>0.1)。结论转筒法可制作创伤性休克兔模型,休克时间可持续1 h。
Objective To make traumatic shock model in rabbits. Method of making vertical electric drum animal shock device. Twenty healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: normotensive group (n = 10) and anesthesia group (n = 10). The rabbits in the shock group were placed upright in a rotating cylinder and rotated at 900 r / min for 3 min. Mental status, body surface perfusion, heart rate (Hr), respiration (R), arterial blood pressure (SM, DM) and arterial blood gas analysis were observed and compared with those in the anesthetic group. Results The rabbits in shock group were comatose with the duration of 66.25 ± 2.06 min. The beard pulling reaction and supraorbital reflex disappeared. Most of the acupuncture pain disappeared (n = 8), pupils were dilated, the lip color was purple, Cold temperature. The levels of Hr, R, SM, DM, PO2 and% SO2C in shock group were significantly higher than those in anesthesia group (P <0.001) 0.001); pH and PCO2 slightly lower than the anesthesia group, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.5, P> 0.1). Conclusion The tumbling method can make a rabbit model of traumatic shock, and the shock time can last 1 h.
