南黄大麦是一个新的稳定的突变体。其叶绿体为近似的椭圆形,有双层外被膜,其基质的电子密度低,含有大小不等的嗜锇颗粒、淀粉粒等,基质片层和基粒不发达,并有一个随个体发育而逐渐复杂化的过程,是个体发育重演系统发育在亚显微结构水平上的新证据之一,对叶绿体发育的条件等进行了分析。南黄大麦叶绿体分裂有两种方式:即痕缢法和切割法。对叶绿体分裂的方式、时间、同步性、子叶绿体大小等进行讨论。本文首次全面系统地对叶绿体的分裂过程进行了介绍,并获得了一批亚显微结构方面的电镜照片。
