刚凸作为格架的重要组成部件之一,对于燃料棒的支撑和格架内部的流动均至关重要。采用CFX软件,对3种不同刚凸结构的5×5格架在过冷沸腾工况下两相流动与换热情况展开分析研究。在简单几何通道中对比计算得到的平均空泡份额与实验数据的结果,对采用的两相CFD模型进行验证。将验证过后的模型运用到之后的棒束两相分析中,在合理的CFD两相模型与充分发展的计算域选取的基础上,从压降、速度和空泡份额分布3个角度,定性评价刚凸结构对格架热工水力性能的影响。
Just convex as one of the important components of the grid, the support for the fuel rods and the grid within the flow are crucial.
