社团,这个作为社会最富有活力的细胞--公民自治组织活动的有机载体,这个时刻彰显社会发育与文明进步程度的标尺,其在中国的发展并不顺畅。中国社会特殊的转型背景,缔造了社团组织发展的独特属性和艰难困境。而中国改革开放和造福公民的坚定步伐,又布设了社团组织发展的独特道路和美好期待。本期,适逢上海社联成立五十周年,我们特邀了几位在社团问题上颇有研究的学者,他们以一线的感受和经历为我们叙说着中国社团发展的失落与勃兴。
The community, as the most beloved cell of society - the organic vehicle for civic self-governing organizations, demonstrates the scale of social development and progress of civilization at this moment. Its development in China is not smooth. The special social transformation of Chinese society has created unique attributes and difficult predicament for the development of social organizations. The firm pace of China’s reform and opening up and the benefit of its citizens have laid the unique road to development of the community organizations and their beautiful prospects. This issue coincides with the fiftieth anniversary of the establishment of the Shanghai Federation of Social Action. We invited several scholars who have studied on the issue of associations. They tell us about the development and loss of the Chinese community through our experience and experience.
