一、互动氛围营造者角色教师转变观念,建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系,创设宽松、自由、温馨的人文环境,营造浓厚的课堂氛围,是实施互动式教学的起点。首先,教师要与学生平等对话、交流,引导他们讨论,并融入他们的讨论。俯身倾听学生的心声,通过口头语言、肢体语言、面部表情与他们倾心交流,与他们感同身受,实现教学相长。教师要把学生看成具有独立思想的人,让其大胆质疑、积极讨论,扮演好自己参与者、倾听者和指导者的角色。激发和鼓励学生发表不同看
