由于模具工业的发展,要求进一步对模具生产实行科学管理,相应地开展理化检测工作,对提高模具寿命是有很大作用的。因为它是保证和提高产品内在质量的有效措施,又是研究和推广新材料、新技术、新工艺的基础技术。对原材料和产品进行理化检测和试验,记录下质量指标以指导生产,并作为分析模具质量问题的依据,通过吸取教训、改进工艺可不断提高模具的使用寿命。 理化检测工作范围很广,本文仅对常用的化学分析、金相分析、无损检测三方面进行简单介绍。
