我校自1984年改办成职业中学以来,已发展成四个长线专业、12个班级的办学规模,并逐步形成了“教学、生产、科研、经营、服务”五结合的体系。截至1990年。在7届719名毕业生中,388人被对口录用,11人进入农林院校深造。回家务农为那部分学生.也都掌握了种植业和养殖业本领,得到了社会的的承认。1988年我校被定为江苏省重点职业中学。在办学过程中,我们充分注意到: 第一,有计划分层次学好实用技术,使学生的能力得到较好的发展。如茶叶专业的学生,第一年要求学会种植茶、管茶、茶病防治的知识和技术。了解机械制茶的全过程;第二年要求学生学习手工茶技术,重点学习“碧螺春、旗枪、金山翠芽”等高档茶的制作;
Since our school was transformed into a vocational middle school in 1984, it has developed into a scale of four long-term majors and 12 classes, and has gradually formed a five-in-one system of “teaching, production, research, management, and service”. In the process of running a school, we fully noticed that: First, there are plans to learn practical techniques at different levels so that students’ abilities can be better developed. For example, students of tea specialty require the first year to learn to grow tea, tea, and tea disease prevention knowledge and techniques. Understand the whole process of making tea in machinery; in the second year, students are required to learn handmade tea techniques, focusing on the production of high-grade tea such as “Biluochun, Qigun, and Jinshan Cuiye”;
