从近几年发展情况来看,企业在劳动用工管理方面存在着许多不规范的地方,这些问题不但制约了企业以及社会经济稳步的增长,甚至还影响了社会和谐稳定。从企业角度来说,需要建构一种协调并且较为稳定的用工关系,满足员工与企业二者之间不断发展的需求。本文主要分析了当前劳动用工管理存在的问题,在这个基础之上,提出相应地解决措施,促进劳动用工管理更加科学合理。
Judging from the development in recent years, there are many irregularities in the management of labor and employment in enterprises. These problems not only restrict the steady growth of enterprises and socio-economic growth, but also affect the social harmony and stability. From an enterprise perspective, there is a need to build a coordinated and stable employment relationship that meets the evolving needs of both employees and businesses. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems of labor and employment management, and on this basis, puts forward the corresponding measures to solve and promote the labor and employment management more scientific and reasonable.
