我们用盐酸氯丙嗪注射液局部注射,治疗寻常疣10例、蹠疣3例,收到满意效果。病人均为成年人,单发的6例,其中3例为单个蹠疣,多发的7例。13例赘疣数共36颗,计手背、指趾部位18颗;面、颈和耳廓部位12颗;头皮部位3颗;蹠疣3颗。发生在面部、颈部等处的疣,外观特征明显,而发生在手背、指趾易摩擦处则相反,其中一例蹠疣曾误诊为鸡眼。注射方法:先将疣及其周围皮肤用碘酊、酒精消毒,然后用2毫升针筒吸取氯丙嗪注射液(每毫升含氯丙嗪25毫克),以14～16号针头从疣基底边缘或稍远的皮肤,作成45°角度刺入疣根部,从不同角度推入药
