笔者于1999年5月下旬对哈尔滨市高中教师应参加继续教育学习的各科人数、职级及小学省级骨干教师的人数基本情况进行了调查。通过走访哈尔滨市教委师训处等有关部门的同志和部分中小学教师,对当前师范教育战线成人高等教育中,中小学教师由学历培训教育转向继续教育,即由职前培训转为职后培训这一过程中尚待解决的一些根本问题进行了探讨,在此作一汇报。
In late May 1999, the author investigated the basic situation of the number of senior high school teachers in Harbin who should attend the continuing education study, the rank and the number of provincial key teachers in primary schools. Through visiting the comrades and some primary and secondary school teachers of Harbin Normal Education Commission and other relevant departments, in the current normal education front of adult higher education, primary and secondary school teachers shift from academic education to continuing education, that is, from pre-service training to post-job training Some fundamental issues to be solved in this process were explored and a report was made here.
