目的:观察类风湿1号对胶原诱导的关节炎(C IA)大鼠关节滑膜病变的影响。方法:制备C IA大鼠模型,取双膝关节滑膜组织病理切片行HE染色和免疫组化染色,观察滑膜血管新生等病理改变,检测大鼠膝关节滑膜组织TNF-α和COX-2的表达。结果:中、高剂量类风湿1号和雷公藤多甙均能显著改善C IA大鼠膝关节滑膜炎症、增生、新生血管生成等病变,亦明显减低滑膜组织TNF-α及COX-2的表达。结论:类风湿1号具有抑制C IA大鼠关节滑膜新生血管生成的作用,该作用可能通过下调滑膜组织TNF-α和COX-2的表达来实现。
Objective: To observe the effect of rheumatoid arthritis (Rheumatoid) No.1 on synovitis of rats with collagen-induced arthritis (CIA). Methods: C IA rat model was established. Synovial tissue of synovial tissue of both knees was examined by HE staining and immunohistochemistry. The pathological changes of synovial angiogenesis were observed. The expressions of TNF-α and COX- 2 expression. Results: Both middle and high doses of rheumatoid arthritis and tripterygium wilfordii glycosides could significantly ameliorate the pathological changes of knee joint synovitis, hyperplasia and neovascularization in CIA rats, and also significantly decrease the expressions of TNF-α and COX-2 in synovial tissue expression. Conclusion: Rheumatism 1 can inhibit the synovial neovascularization in C IA rats, which may be through down-regulating the expression of TNF-α and COX-2 in synovial tissue.
