用E玫瑰花总花(Et)和活性玫瑰花(Ea)两项试验检测慢型、潜在型克山病、扩张型心肌病、肥厚型心肌病、病毒性心肌炎患者共115例和34例正常人的细胞免疫水平。方差分析显示:心脏病人、正常人Et、Ea水平有非常显著性差异(P<0。01)。证实克山病等4种心脏病细胞免疫功能均有损害,且损害程度各不相同。克山病在4种心脏病中,细胞免疫功能受损最为严重。此结果提示:可将细胞免疫水平测定作为诊断克山病及与扩张型心肌病鉴别诊断参考指标之一。
A total of 115 patients with chronic, latent Keshan disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and viral myocarditis and 34 normal controls were detected by using the E-total flower (Et) and reactive rose (Ea) Human cellular immunity. Analysis of variance showed that the levels of Et and Ea in heart patients and normal people were significantly different (P <0.01). Confirmed Keshan disease and other four kinds of heart disease cell immune function damage, and the degree of damage vary. Keshan disease in four kinds of heart disease, the cellular immune function is most severely damaged. The results suggest that: the determination of cellular immunity can be used as a diagnostic indicator of Keshan disease and differential diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy one of the indicators.
