本文旨在弄清以人造FeTiO3为原料 ,以CaH2 为还原剂 ,采用固相还原法制取FeTi粉末的反应规律 ,确定最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明 ,以CaH2 为还原剂在固态下还原人造FeTiO3制取FeTi在技术上是可行的。在最佳反应条件下获得了纯度大于 98.50 %的FeTi粉末。X -线衍射分析结果表明 ,产物主要为FeTi,此外 ,还含有少量的Fe2 Ti和Ti3O5。通过透射电镜观察 ,产物呈不规则形状 ,粒度大约为 0 .2~ 2 μm。
This article aims to clarify the artificial FeTiO3 as raw materials, CaH2 as a reducing agent, the solid phase reduction method for the preparation of FeTi powder reaction rule, to determine the optimum process conditions. The experimental results show that the use of CaH2 as reductant in the solid state reduction of artificial FeTiO3 prepared FeTi technically feasible. Under the optimal reaction conditions, FeTi powder with a purity of more than 98.50% was obtained. X - ray diffraction analysis results show that the product is mainly FeTi, in addition, also contains a small amount of Fe2Ti and Ti3O5. Observed by transmission electron microscopy, the product showed an irregular shape with a particle size of about 0.2-2 μm.
