目的 :研究心舒口服液中阿魏酸在大鼠体内的药代动力学。方法 :大鼠灌胃法给药 ,颈静脉插管术采血 ,用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸血浆浓度 ,3P87程序处理数据。结果 :心舒口服液中阿魏酸在大鼠体内呈一级吸收二室模型 ,分布相T1/2α 为 (12 .6± 12 .2 )min ,消除相T1/2 β 为 (5 .1± 2 .3)h ,中央室分布容积Vc为 (4 .793± 3.131)L·kg-1。结论 :心舒口服液中阿魏酸在大鼠体内的T1/2 β 与单方中阿魏酸比较 ,明显延长。提示复方制剂中多种成分存在相互作用
Objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of ferulic acid in Xinshu Oral Liquid in rats. Methods: Rats were given intragastrically by gavage and blood was collected by jugular vein catheterization. The plasma concentration of ferulic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography and 3P87 data were processed. Results: Ferulic acid in Xinshu Oral Liquid showed a first-order absorption two-compartment model in rats. The distribution phase T1/2α was (12. 6± 12 .2) min and the elimination phase T 1/2 β was (5.1). ± 2 .3)h, the distribution volume of the central chamber Vc was (4.793± 3.131)L·kg-1. Conclusion: The T1/2β of ferulic acid in Xinshu Oral Liquid was significantly longer than that of ferulic acid in the rat. It is suggested that there are interactions between various components in the compound preparation
