目的本文主要探讨研究社区的公共卫生会不会对慢性疾病的出现有所影响。方法在社区里挑选300个有健康档案的、患有慢性疾病的居民为对象,连续3年政府都会为这300人的全面体检进行免费服务,之后对其进行一定的干预和系统评估,不间断的隔段时间进行采访,促进健康。结果在2014年—2016年这三年来,慢性疾病患者的各项体检指标都逐渐得到改善,最后达到标准,P<0.05具备统计学意义。结论社区公共卫生做得好,对慢性疾病患者有一定好处,慢性疾病患者不用经常去医院看病,社区公共卫生对慢性疾病还是有一定的积极影响。
The purpose of this article is to examine whether community health can affect the emergence of chronic diseases. Methods In the community, we selected 300 residents with chronic health records for chronic diseases. After three consecutive years, the government provided free medical services for these 300 people and then intervened and systematically assessed them. Interview for better health. Results In the three years from 2014 to 2016, the physical examination indexes of patients with chronic diseases gradually improved, finally reached the standard, P <0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion Community public health is well done, which has some benefits for patients with chronic diseases. Patients without chronic diseases do not often go to the hospital for medical treatment. Community public health has a certain positive impact on chronic diseases.
