霰粒肿为一种睑板腺的慢性炎症肉芽肿,是一种常见的眼病,一般多采用手术切除治疗。1964年Leinfelder应用甲基强的松龙注射于霰粒肿附近的结膜下,使霰粒肿缩小而达到更适宜于手术切除的目的。1978年Pizzarello等应用稀释氟羟拨尼松龙对12例患者直接注入霰粒肿内,达到使霰粒肿消散避免手术的目的。我科选用醋酸强的松龙直接注射于霰粒肿,亦收到满意的疗效。一、对象与方法(一) 对象:本组霰粒肿病例为1980年4～8月未经选择的连续病例,共治疗59例,能
