本文介绍了利用振动的方法检测球墨铸铁球化质量的理论根据,阐述了快速无损检测系统的组成,关键部分的结构、原理及主要参数的选择;并简要介绍了检测方法。研究结果表明:本系统具有检测精度高、速度快、抗干扰能力强、对产品无损伤、方法简便、结果可靠等优点,有利于实现检测自动化,能对产品进行百分之百的无损检测,目前已在大规模球墨铸铁生产中推广应用。
In this paper, the theoretical basis for detecting the spheroidization quality of nodular cast iron by vibration method is introduced. The composition of rapid nondestructive testing system, the structure, principle and key parameters of the key parts are introduced. The detection methods are briefly introduced. The results show that: The system has the advantages of high detection accuracy, high speed, strong anti-interference ability, no damage to the product, simple and convenient method, reliable results and other advantages, which is conducive to the automation of testing and the 100% nondestructive testing of the products.
