随着“以学习者为中心”的理念的推广,培养大学生自主学习能力已成为所有教师的共识。目前,大学生自主学习意识不强,自主学习能力较弱。本文提出通过学习者训练的方式培养大学生自主学习能力。学习者训练有利于教师更好地引导、组织学生完成学习任务,积极地介入学生的培养过程,提高学生的自主学习能力。 With the promotion of the concept of “learner-centered”, it has become the consensus of all teachers to cultivate the autonomous learning ability of college students. At present, college students are not self-conscious learning, self-learning ability is weak. This paper proposes to train students’ autonomous learning ability through the way of learner training. Learner training is conducive to teachers to guide better, organize students to complete the task of learning, actively involved in the process of student development, improve students’ ability to learn independently.
