甘肃山区中职教育在培养“双师型”教师的过程中采用校内“传、帮、带”、赴外培训、聘请专业课教师进行教学活动等模式。本研究通过问卷调查发现甘肃山区M县中职学校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在诸多问题,并尝试就相应问题提出有利于“双师型”教师培养的对策。
Secondary vocational education in mountainous areas of Gansu adopts the mode of “teaching, helping, banding”, training abroad and hiring professional teachers for teaching activities in the process of training “double teacher” teachers. Through questionnaire survey, this study found that there are many problems in the construction of “double teacher” teachers in secondary vocational schools in M counties of Gansu, and tried to put forward countermeasures that are conducive to teacher training.
