通过锥形量热仪试验测试家具样品的单位面积热释放速率曲线,通过ISO 9705房间实体火灾试验测试家具的热释放量、产烟量和烟气温度。基于家具物品的基本材料特性和锥形量热仪数据进行FDS模拟,与ISO 9705房间实体火灾试验数据进行对比。试验结果表明:基于锥形量热仪数据作为FDS模拟的基本输入参数,模拟得到的热释放速率结果能够更好地与试验值吻合;FDS能够很好地模拟ISO 9705房间实体火灾试验中顶棚温度及气流温度的峰值发展变化情况,但在热烟气层高度以下,模拟结果与实测值之间存在较大差异。
The heat release rate curve per unit area of furniture samples was tested by cone calorimeter test, and the heat release, smoke output and flue gas temperature of furniture were tested by ISO 9705 room fire test. Based on the basic material properties of furniture items and cone calorimeter data, FDS simulation was performed and compared with ISO 9705 room fire test data. The experimental results show that, based on the cone calorimeter data as the basic input parameters of FDS simulation, the simulated results of heat release rate can be in good agreement with the experimental values; FDS can well simulate the roof temperature in the ISO 9705 room fire test And the peak temperature of the gas flow, but there is a big difference between the simulation results and the measured values below the height of the hot flue gas layer.
