广东省商业经济学会于3月25日至27日在广州召开了“转换国合商业经营机制提高经济效益”研讨会。参加会议的代表约30人,主要是省、市商、供、粮部门搞实际业务工作的同志,也有少数大专院校从事商业经济理论教学和科研的学者。这次研讨会有三个特点:一是与会者思想比较解放,畅所欲言;二是抓住如何提高经济效益问题这个重点,着重研讨一些热点问题;三是联系实际,主要是研讨实际问题。现将研讨会发表的观点和意见综述如下:一、国合商业经济效益不断降低的原因与会同志一致认为,我省国合商业从改革开放以来,在促导生产、搞活流通、繁荣市场、平稳供求等方面都取得了很大成绩。但是,商业企业经济效益则很不理想,特别是近三四年来,商业企业经济效益大幅度滑坡,至1991年底止,商、供、粮亏损挂帐近60亿元,形势 The Guangdong Province Business Economics Symposium held a seminar on “Converting the State-owned Commercial Commerce Mechanism to Improve Economic Benefits” in Guangzhou from March 25th to 27th. About 30 delegates attended the meeting, mainly comrades from provinces, municipalities, supply and grain departments engaged in practical business work, and a few colleges and universities engaged in business economic theory teaching and research scholars. This seminar has three characteristics: First, the participants are more emancipated and speak out freely. Second, they focus on how to raise the issue of economic efficiency. They focus on the discussion of some hot issues. The third is on the actual situation, mainly on practical issues. The views and opinions published at the seminar are summarized as follows: I. Reasons for the continuous reduction in the economic benefits of China’s co-operatives The conference’s comrades agreed that since the reform and opening up, our province’s China’s cooperation has promoted production, invigorated circulation, and prospered the market. Great achievements have been made in supply and demand. However, the economic benefits of commercial enterprises are very unsatisfactory. Especially in the past three to four years, the economic benefits of commercial enterprises have largely declined, and by the end of 1991, the loss of business, supply, and grain losses amounted to nearly 6 billion yuan.
