目的:研究四氢小檗碱(THB)对大鼠全脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用。方法:采用改良的4血管结扎法制作大鼠全脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,比较THB组和对照组的脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量及细胞形态学改变。结果:THB(缺血前后分次ip40、40、20mg/kg)能提高全脑缺血30min再灌注30min大鼠大脑皮质和海马SOD活性,并降低MDA含量。延长再灌注时间至72h,大鼠大脑皮质、纹状体和海马神经元形态学受损较重,THB(iP40mg/kg·d×4d)有明显保护大脑皮质和纹状体神经元的作用,但对海马组织无保护作用。结论:THB对短暂全脑缺血损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of tetrahydrobiopterine (THB) on global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
