后发企业与跨国公司建立的不对称研发联盟应该如何通过知识转移机制来提升自身的创新能力?处于劣势地位,后发企业应该通过知识复制进行“邯郸学步”还是通过知识适应进行“择善而从”?本文从嵌入于不对称国际研发活动所蕴含知识的因果模糊性与情境依赖性两个视角出发,提出在不对称国际研发联盟中,处于劣势的后发企业的知识适应比知识复制更有利于创新绩效的提升,感知制度动荡性负向调节知识复制与创新绩效之间的关系,正向调节知识适应与创新绩效之间的关系。本文的结论对于国际研发联盟文献以及后发企业管理者有着重要的理论和实践启示。
How should the asymmetric research and development alliance established by the late-stage enterprises and multinational corporations enhance their innovative ability through the knowledge transfer mechanism? At a disadvantage, the late-stage enterprises should conduct “Handan Tacit” or adapt through knowledge adaptation From the perspectives of causal ambiguity and situation dependence embedded in the knowledge contained in asymmetric international R & D activities, this paper proposes that in the asymmetric international R & D alliance, Knowledge replication is more conducive to the improvement of innovation performance. The sensory system instability negatively regulates the relationship between knowledge replication and innovation performance, and positively adjusts the relationship between knowledge adaptation and innovation performance. The conclusion of this paper has important theoretical and practical implications for the international R & D alliance literature as well as for late-stage managers.
