为了选育产量因素高度协调的籼粳亚种间杂交稻,有必要对其穗粒结构进行理论分析.通过对24个两系法籼粳亚种间组合的产量因素与产量的遗传相关分析,得出以下结论:亚种间杂交稻单株粒重显著高于品种间杂交稻,24个组合中有6个组合与汕优63比有正向竞争优势;产量因素中,每穗总颖花数、每穗实粒数和千粒重与单株粒重的遗传相关系数为正值并达显著水平.通径分析结果表明,对单株粒重的影响大小依次为每穗实粒数、千粒重、单株穗数、充实系数、结实率和每穗总颖花数;充实系数可作为产量构成因素协调指标和源库关系协调指标
