校企合作作为高职院校服务社会、优化人才培养结构的有效途径,更是高职教育实践性教学的重要实现形式。长期以来,校企合作一直是理论界与实践界共同致力研究的重要领域和始终高度关注的核心问题。但在具体实践中,还存在思想认识不到位、政策制度不健全、合作目标不明确等问题,从德国高等专科学院“企业主导注重实践过程管理型”校企合作模式分析入手,探讨其对我国高职教育实践性教学的启示。
As an effective way to serve the society and optimize the personnel training structure in higher vocational colleges, the cooperation between colleges and enterprises is also an important realization form of practical teaching in higher vocational education. For a long time, the cooperation between schools and enterprises has always been an important field that both theorists and practitioners are devoting to their research and the core issue that has always been a great concern. However, in practice, there are still some problems such as the lack of understanding of the ideology, the imperfect policy system and the unclear goal of cooperation.
