随着社会经济发展步伐的加快,现代企业对人力资源日加重视,人力资源管理也成了现代企业经营战略的重要组成部分。本文主要从我国现代企业人力资源管理的现状出发,分析国内现代企业人力资源管理模式,探索适合我国现代保险企业人力资源管理的措施,研究人力资源管理面临的挑战和发展的趋势。
With the accelerating pace of social and economic development, modern enterprises pay more attention to human resources, human resources management has become an important part of the modern business strategy. Based on the current situation of human resources management in modern Chinese enterprises, this paper analyzes the human resources management mode of modern domestic enterprises, explores the measures suitable for the human resources management of modern insurance enterprises in our country, and studies the challenges and development trends of human resources management.
