邮轮产业的迅猛发展获得了广泛关注,乘务人员作为邮轮上工作人员的主体,需要接待来自世界各地的不同语言、文化背景、生活习惯的游客,其跨文化交际能力将直接影响游客的好感度。跨文化交际能力强的乘务人员需求量日益增大,通过分析影响其跨文化交际能力的语言差异、宗教文化知识、交流习惯等各项因素,有针对性地提出开展语言方面针对性培训、了解各国生活习惯、发展中外合作培训等相关策略。
The rapid development of the cruise industry has received widespread attention. Crew members, as the main body of staff on cruise ships, need tourists who come from different languages, cultural backgrounds and living habits all over the world. Their intercultural communication skills will directly affect the tourists’ goodwill. The demand for crew members with strong intercultural communication skills is increasing. By analyzing various factors such as language differences, religious and cultural knowledge, and habits of communication that affect their intercultural communicative competence, targeted training on language-specific aspects and understanding National habits, development of Sino-foreign cooperative training and other related strategies.
