通过对煤矿井下采、掘工作面粉尘产尘工序和产尘地点进行分析,确定了采、掘工作面喷雾降尘系统的组成和形式。在实验室对采、掘面生产时的粉尘粒度分布和G型高压喷嘴在不同喷雾压力条件下的雾粒分布进行了测定,通过理论分析并结合试验结果,得到了最佳喷雾降尘工作压力。采用设计的喷雾降尘系统后,在最佳工作压力条件下,取得了理想的降尘效果,可为其他矿井的粉尘防治设计提供参考。
By analyzing the process of dust production and dust collection in coal mining face and digging face, the composition and form of spray dust control system of mining and digging face are determined. The particle size distribution of dust, dust particle size distribution in production of digging surface and the spray distribution of G type high pressure nozzle under different spray pressure conditions were measured in the laboratory. Through the theoretical analysis and the test results, the optimum working pressure of spray dust reduction was obtained. With the designed spray dust reduction system, the ideal dust reduction effect is obtained under the best working pressure conditions, which can provide reference for the dust control design of other mines.
