目的:分析比较鹰嘴豆茎、叶、豆荚中微量元素的含量,为常用维药鹰嘴豆的全面开发、研究提供科学依据。方法:利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪分别测定鹰嘴豆茎、叶、豆荚中微量元素的含量,比较各部位微量元素的差异。结果:鹰嘴豆荚、茎、叶中Mg、Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cr等生命必需元素含量较高。结论:从所含蛋白质、维生素、不饱和脂肪酸及微量元素量角度分析,鹰嘴豆有广泛的开发价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and compare the contents of trace elements in stem, leaf and pod of chickpea so as to provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive development and research of commonly used chickpea. Methods: The contents of trace elements in stem, leaf and pod of chickpea were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer, and the differences of trace elements in different parts were compared. Results: Mg, Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cr in chickpea pods, stems and leaves were higher in essential elements. Conclusion: From the perspectives of protein, vitamins, unsaturated fatty acids and trace elements, chickpea has a wide range of development value.
