本文为佐匹克隆对大鼠经口服给药为期三个月的长期毒性试验报告。通过对大鼠一般情况的观察、血液学、血液生化和组织学检查所得到的资料进行分析认为，新型镇静药佐匹克隆在１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ／ｄ剂量下，对机体各器官从形态到功能均无明显不良影响。
