本文认为,正是Intel公司从存储器(DRAM)到微处理器的战略平滑演化,造就了Intel公司目前的持久竞争优势。Intel公司战略演化的实质就是机会创造和利用的螺旋循环,其战略演化的动力源于战略决策生态选择机制。也正是Intel公司从DRAM到微处理器的战略平滑演化,导致了美日微处理器竞争力的大逆转,使美国竞争力得以实现“创造性毁灭”式的提升。基于此,本文构建了一个从微观企业战略到中观产业竞争力“创造性毁灭”动力传导机制的整合模型。
This article argues that it is Intel Corporation’s strategic evolution from memory (DRAM) to microprocessors that has resulted in Intel’s current long-lasting competitive advantage. The essence of Intel Corporation’s strategic evolution is the spiral cycle of opportunity creation and utilization. The driving force of its strategic evolution stems from the ecological decision-making mechanism of strategic decision-making. It is also the gradual evolution of Intel’s strategy from DRAM to microprocessor that led to a major reversal in the competitiveness of microprocessors in the United States and Japan, thereby enabling the United States to achieve “creative destruction” in its competitiveness. Based on this, this paper constructs an integrated model of the power transmission mechanism of “creative destruction” of industrial competitiveness from micro-enterprise strategy to medium-sized enterprise.
