甲西水电站枢纽由挡水、泄水、电站等建筑物组成。河床狭窄,岸坡陡峭,因此如何协调发电、泄洪和边坡开挖的关系,是本工程的关键技术问题。结合地形地质条件及各建筑物的结构特点,并考虑枢纽布置、泄洪消能条件、施工条件、经济、安全等要素,重点介绍了甲西水电站首部枢纽布置设计原则及比选思路。
Jixi hydropower station hub by the water, drainage, power plants and other buildings. Due to the narrow riverbed and the steep slope, how to coordinate the relationship between power generation, flood discharge and slope excavation is the key technical issue of this project. Combined with the topographic and geological conditions and the structural features of each building, the layout design principle and the comparison and selection of the layout of the first junction of the KES hydropower station are mainly discussed in consideration of the layout of the hub, the conditions of flood discharge and energy dissipation, construction conditions, economy and safety.
