1.正常值的意义医学上对正常值范围的传统概念是指正常人的解剖、生理、生化等各种数据的波动范围。由于这些数据不仅因人而异(这种个体差异是生物的重要属性),即使是同一个人,还会随着机体内外环境的改变而改变。就不能以甲的数据为标准,认为乙不同甲是异常;以甲此时的数据为标准,认为彼时的数据不同是异常,而必须确定一个波动范围。如一般以4000~10000个/mm~3作为成人白细胞总数的正常值范围。实际工作中常将正常值范围简称正常值(下同),但不能因此而忘掉“范围”的概念。
1. The significance of normal values The traditional concept of the normal range of medical values refers to the range of fluctuations of normal data such as anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry. Because these data not only vary from person to person (this individual difference is an important attribute of the organism), even the same person will change with changes in the internal and external environment. It cannot be considered that the data of A is an abnormality; B is considered to be abnormal; the data at the time of A is used as a criterion, and it is considered that the data at that time is different, and a fluctuation range must be determined. For example, the normal range of the total number of white blood cells in adults is 4,000 to 10,000 cells/mm-3. In practice, the normal range is often referred to as the normal value (the same below), but the concept of “range” cannot be forgotten.
