主要研究搭设参数和构造措施对扣件式高大模板支架极限承载力的影响。计算分析竖向剪刀撑间距和搭设参数对失稳特征的影响,提出立杆超出顶层水平杆长度、立杆步距、立杆间距和竖向剪刀撑间距是影响临界荷载的主要因素;在考虑立杆间距和竖向剪刀撑间距对临界荷载和失稳模态的影响后,提出了合理的构造措施;按照普通钢结构的验收标准,进行模板支架的非线性(包括几何非线性和材料非线性)极限承载力计算,给出立杆计算长度计算公式;最后考虑较低的检查和验收标准,提出极限承载力的计算方法。
The main research parameters of construction and structural measures on the fastener-type high-impact stent ultimate bearing capacity.
