教学管理作为教育过程中的重要环节,在教学过程中承担着维持教学秩序、推动教学改革创新、控制教学质量、提供教学支持服务的重要职能。面临教育环境已经发生改变的形势,教学管理也必须从理念到实践层面进行改革创新。权变理论视域下的管理理念契合了当下教学管理发生变化的情境,本文将权变理论的思想运用于教学管理之中,从教学管理体制、专业和课程体系建设、师资队伍建设以及教学服务支持体系建设四个方面对如何创新高职教学管理体系建设进行了探索。
