根据省、市师培工作“七.五”规划的要求,我县在抓好教师教材教法进修的同时,积极抓教师的系统提高,特别是函授教育,取得较好效果。经地(市)教育局统一结业考试,已有233人达到中师函授语文、数学单科结业程度,及格率占实考学员总数的45％。这批结业学员,现在大多数已成为学校顶杆杆的教学骨干。我县的函授教育工作,坚持从实际出发,在加强思想政治教育和健全组织管理的前提下,采取了以下几点作法。
In accordance with the requirements of the “July 5th” plan for the teachers and teachers of provinces and cities, while making good use of teachers’ teaching materials and teaching methods, the county actively pursued the system improvement of teachers, especially correspondence education, and achieved good results. Through the Unified Examination of the Municipal (City) Education Bureau, 233 students have reached the completion level of Chinese and Mathematics in mathematics, and the pass rate accounts for 45% of the total number of students. The correspondence education work in our county insisted on proceeding from reality, and on the premise of strengthening ideological and political education and improving organization and management, it adopted the following methods.
