“优化教学内容,提高教学效率”为主题的素质教育实验学校创建取得了不少有益的经验,也有力地推动了一些参与学校的课程改革实践与研究。在此过程中,研究者碰到了“优化教学内容”的瓶颈在哪里、“提高教学效率”背景下学生负担的归因以及如何激励教师的专业发展等问题,这些对深化课程改革也是一种挑战。本文围绕加强课程领导、深化课程改革、实施基于课程标准的教学、提升教师课程执行力等方面进行了富有成效的探索。
