临床观察到炎爽痛(Azapropazone)与苯要因合用可致苯妥因中毒,于是着手研究这种相互作用的可能性。5名健康受试者投予苯妥因2周(剂量125～250mg/日),然后同用炎爽痛(6mg,2次/日)。
It has been clinically observed that phenytoin poisoning is caused by the combination of Azapropazone and Benzene Essential Agent, so the possibility of this interaction was investigated. Five healthy volunteers received phenytoin for 2 weeks (at a dosage of 125-250 mg / day) and then treated with Yanhuang Tongre (6 mg twice daily).
