本文通过粉煤灰与外加剂的“联掺”试验,研究了大掺量粉煤灰(30~40%)对砼强度、抗裂诸性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用等量取代法设计的粉煤灰砼与基准砼相比,早期强度、极限拉伸值偏低,但后期(90天以后)会接近或赶上基准砼。文中通过初步抗裂综合分析认为:粉煤灰砼的早期抗裂能力并不亚于基准砼。本文还对大掺量粉煤灰砼的研究及应用提出了一些建设性意见。
In this paper, the effect of large amount of fly ash (30-40%) on the strength and anti-crack properties of fly ash was studied through the “joint blending” test of fly ash and admixtures. The results of the study indicate that the early strength and ultimate tensile values of the fly ash plutonium designed using the equivalent replacement method are lower than those of the benchmark plutonium, but the later stage (after 90 days) will approach or catch up with the benchmark plutonium. According to the comprehensive anti-cracking analysis in the article, the early crack resistance of fly ash is no less than that of the benchmark. This article also put forward some constructive opinions on the research and application of large amount of fly ash.
